The structured wine from the botrytis harvest combines herbal aromas with an undertone of gooseberry supplemented with dried raisins. The extractive and playful flavor is dominated by yellow melon and lime with a distinctive minerality. A wine with a long persistence matured in an oak barrel. We recommend letting the wine "breathe" after opening.
